We only process non-genetically
modified soybeans from monitored organic farming. For ethical and ecol-
ogical reasons we reject all mani-
pulation of genetic material.
We work together closely with
growers, farmers and mills, so that we can trace where the soybeans come from and can influence the quality. We escort our soybeans from the seed propagation to cultivation in the fields, harvesting, drying and cleaning.
We prefer soybeans grown in the region on the Upper Rhine. Currently, almost 50% of our soy needs are grown in the local regions of Markgräfler Land, Kaiserstuhl, Ortenau, Vorderpfalz,
Bodensee and Alsasce.
We also apply the highest quality standards to soybeans we buy from outside our region, and also take ecol-
ogical and social needs into consider-

||ensure a non-genetically modified, long-term supply of our most important raw material. Here the focus is on growing Demeter soybeans.
