demeter Tofu
Traditionally made tofu using Demeter soybeans. Its firm consistency makes Demeter Tofu particularly suitable for lightly frying.
The piece of tofu is in water. Once you have taken it out of its packet, dab the tofu with a piece of kitchen paper or leave it to thoroughly drip dry. This way your tofu will sauté better and can better absorb marinade fluid.
