A culinary journey through the diversity of Southern Europe: Fermented tofu cubes, marinated in cold-pressed oil, delicately seasoned with fresh chunks of bell pepper, garlic and Greek olives. Black pepper adds a decent spicy finish, while the fermentation gives the tofu a pleasantly mild sour touch. The combination of both is a real delightful treat!
